Episode 251: Mavis Cameron Disappears

In this episode of The Whistler, Mavis Cameron, a filing clerk in a bank, is lured into a dangerous situation by a gambler named Dan Spinelli. Following a night of reckless behavior, Mavis finds herself in a compromising position and makes a pact with Dan to save her life. Fearing for her safety, Mavis goes into hiding, changes her identity, and starts a new life. However, her past catches up with her when Dan resurfaces. Ultimately, a detective approaches her, and in a surprising turn of events, Mavis learns that her tormentor, Dan, is actually dead, and she is free from his grasp.
